Happy Monday peeps 😌
Today I wanted to do a round up of my experiments with mix matching prints. The first guide I posted (here) showed how I mix two different prints of two different colors. This time, I have more combinations 😊. If you love to create and have fun, then this post is for you.
In this picture, I am mixing two kinds of polka dots. The size is capital here. However, the color choice is important. The principal idea in this look is to match two different size of the same print. If you try, avoid different colors because the size and the colors put together at the same time, can be flashy. It is very simple, nevertheless, I would advice pieces like blouses, tops combined with shorts and skirts, not so much with pants though.
For the second look, I made a combination of stripes and dots. Don't get me wrong there are plenty of prints out there that I can mix match. I am yet to try the but the solution here is to be bold and insightful 🙃🙃. This look speaks for itself :) I chose to add some neutrals to make it fun. But the main thing here, is that the prints and the colors are different. Now because I had neutral details on the top I chose a white top to cool the look down.
The last mix is another mix of the same prints but with different size. Stripes this time. please don't mind my sun glasses lol. Here you go guys. I find it fine to dress like that.
How would wear your prints and how would you mix them ? Let me know in the comments :)
